1. Your welcome email arrives immediately

Within minutes of completing payment, you'll receive a welcome email confirming your membership tier, your effective date, and a copy of your Membership Agreement for your records.

2. That email contains your dedicated emergency line

Your welcome email includes a private phone number — reserved exclusively for members, used only when you're facing an actual incident that may require an attorney: a self-defense situation, a firearm seizure, or a law enforcement encounter you believe requires immediate legal involvement.

3. This number is not published anywhere else

You won't find it on this page, anywhere else on this website, or in any public material. That's intentional. Keeping it out of general circulation means the line stays clear for what it's actually for — members in the middle of a real situation — rather than general questions, sales calls, or casual inquiries.

4. Save it somewhere you'll actually have it

Add the number to your phone's contacts as soon as your welcome email arrives. In an actual incident, you may not have time to search your inbox. We recommend saving it under a name you'll recognize instantly under stress — something simple like "Caliber Counsel — Emergency."

5. What this line is not for

General questions about your coverage, billing, upgrading your tier, or anything non-urgent should go through the Contact page or your scheduled consultations, not the emergency line. Keeping non-emergency traffic off that number is exactly what keeps it fast and available when you actually need it.

6. If you ever lose access to the email

Contact us through the Contact page and we'll help you recover your account information. For security reasons, we won't publish or re-send emergency contact information through any unverified channel.

Caliber Counsel is a legal service membership, not insurance. This page describes the general onboarding process; specific terms are governed by your Membership Agreement.
